Weekly January 6th Rioter Roundup: Week of July 11th

Dennis Sidorski, the 46-year-old Virginia man known for wearing an "American supremacist" sweatshirt inside the Capitol building, was sentenced to 100 days in prison with a year of probation and $500 restitution for disorderly and disruptive conduct in the Capitol building.

Nicholas Rodean, the 28-year-old Maryland man who wore his work badge to the U.S. Capitol, was convicted at a bench trial of one felony count of destroy government property and six related class A and class B misdemeanor charges for trespassing and disorderly conduct. These seven charges carry a combined maximum sentence of 14.5 years in prison when he is sentenced in October, although he will likely get a far shorter sentence.

Patricia Todisco and Marissa Suarez, both 33 years old and from New Jersey, were each sentenced to three years of probation with 60 hours of community service and $2,500 in fines and reparations after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of parading inside the Capitol.

Lawrence Dropkin, better known as "Larry," of New Jersey, pleaded guilty to all four misdemeanor charges against him and faces a maximum of three years in prison when he is sentenced, although, like every other defendant who pleads guilty, his sentence will almost certainly be much more lenient.

John. H. Getsinger, Jr., 52, and Stacie Hargis-Getsinger, 43, of South Carolina, were each sentenced to 2 months in prison, 3 years of probation, 100 hours of community service and $500 in restitution for picketing, parading, or demonstrating in the Capitol.

David Blair, a 26-year-old from Maryland, was sentenced to 5 months in prison with 18 months of supervised release and $2,000 in restitution after he wore a skull mask, carried a Confederate flag, and used a lacrosse stick to physically interfere with a police officer.

Andrew Griswold, a 33-year-old Florida man, was sentenced to 2.5 months in prison with two years of probation and $2,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to the same felony civil disorder charge as Blair.

Cody Mattice, 29, of Greece, New York, and James Mault, 30, of Brockport, New York, were each sentenced to 44 months in prison with three years of probation and $2,000 restitution for pulling down metal barricades, shouting at law enforcement officers, and then pepper spraying at least one officer each.

Terry Lindsey, 54, a Piqua, Ohio, resident, was sentenced to 5 months in prison with 3 years of probation, 60 hours of community service, and $500 in restitution after pleading guilty to four misdemeanors related to the January 6th insurrection.

Adam Weibling, 38, of Texas, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of parading in the Capitol and faces a maximum penalty of six months behind bars with five years of supervised release and a $5,000 fine.
