Revlett, the 23-year-old Kentucky man known for placing in a 2019 "sexy farmer" contest, was sentenced to 14 days in prison with a year of probation, 80 hours of community service, and $500 restitution after pleading guilty to a class B misdemeanor of picketing, parading, or demonstrating in the Capitol building.

Jeremy Grace, 38, an Oregon Proud Boy who was arrested with his father for the Capitol insurrection after being photographed just behind the "Lectern Guy" in the infamous photograph, was sentenced to 21 days in prison, a year of probation, 60 hours of community service, and $500 restitution after pleading guilty to entering a restricted building or grounds.

Robert Snow, the 78-year-old Arkansas man who peed on a column inside the Capitol building, was sentenced to a year of probation with 60 hours of community service and $500 restitution for picketing, parading, or demonstrating inside the U.S. Capitol building after pleading guilty in March.

Benjamin Torre, 24, from Georgia, was sentenced to two months of house arrest with a year of probation and $2,113 in fines and restitution after pleading guilty to the aforementioned class B misdemeanor.

Jamie Ferguson, a 44-year-old Virginia resident who served in the West Virginia Army National Guard for some reason and spent half an hour in the U.S. Capitol in a "Trump girl" shirt, could face up to half a year in prison after pleading guilty this week to a misdemeanor parading charge, although she will likely get much less when she is sentenced on November 18th.

Ryan Suleski, 34, also of Virginia, is set to be sentenced on October 14th after pleading guilty this week to two misdemeanor charges of illegal entry and theft of government property, facing a maximum of two years in prison for entering the Capitol even after he saw police fighting rioters and was hit with tear gas, marching through the U.S. Capitol, and stealing papers belonging to a U.S. senator before giving a defiant interview that advocated for violence in politics.

Samuel Fisher, a 33-year-old New York City pickup artist and self-described "dating coach" who wrote misogynistic and creepy advice online under the name "Brad Holiday" and is already serving a sentence of 42 months in federal prison for hoarding a machete, rifles, ammo, and other weapons found in his apartment, pled guilty this week to entering a restricted building or grounds.

Tyler Earl Ethridge, another 33-year-old, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested and charged with civil disorder, a felony, and four related misdemeanors all carrying a combined maximum of eight years in prison for removing fencing leading to the Capitol and shouting at rioters fighting police to "keep fighting' before being shot in the knee with a rubber bullet; he lost his job as a youth pastor in February 2021.

John Thomas Gordon, 47, of Bayard, West Virginia, was also arrested this week and charged with felony civil disorder and related misdemeanor offenses for repeatedly throwing a hard object at a glass door in the Lower West Terrace in an attempt to break it while shouting obscenities at law enforcement officers defending the Capitol.
