California January 6th Defendant Moves to Tennessee to Warn Against the Dangers of "AI Healthcare"

     Mariposa Castro stormed the Capitol because Donald Trump is a shitty golfer. In 2006, Trump hit a golf ball that nearly struck Castro, and the two struck up an amicable conversation. This apparently gave her a positive impression of him, enough that she supported his bids for president in 2016 and 2020 and enough to storm the Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

     Castro, also known as Imelda Acosta, was a California resident at the time she decided to stream her crime spree on Facebook. "We got inside the Capitol," she proclaimed upon entering the building. When law enforcement had to force her and the others out, she screamed, "War just started. It's just the beginning. As Trump says, 'the best is yet to come.'" In other videos, she declared that January 6th was a "civil war" and repeatedly said that things got ugly.

     As other January 6th defendants do, the tears flowed from the butterfly lady as she learned her sentence after pleading guilty. Thankfully, Judge Reggie Walton presided over this case. The prosecutors asked for 60 days in prison, and they and Judge Walton both noted that she was gleeful while participating in the attack. She was ultimately sentenced to 45 days in prison, and Judge Walton also ordered her to pay over $5,500 in fines, fees, and restitution. 

     At her sentencing, Castro claimed that she had lost her job after the insurrection and that she and her husband had been forced to leave the state after the loss of her income. That's where her story ended... until I did some digging on social media platforms. Apparently, the Castros set up shop in Nashville, Tennessee. Her LinkedIn bio says, "Google Me, Mariposa Castro. I'm a J6'er Patriot and Proud of it." It features a picture of a black t-shirt with a similar expression. So much for remorse, I guess. If the defining achievement of your life is getting locked up for 45 days on a misdemeanor, you're a fucking loser.

     Her lunacy doesn't end there. Her description continues, "Trump WON! Trump is still ur President. I'm part of FAKENEWS! WAKE THE FUCK UP! Libtards and Demoncrats Theres only two Genders, Male & Female!" Apparently, her husband could import his Ooga Boomba bride into the country but couldn't bother to teach her how to properly capitalize words. Notably, aside from the obvious lack of anything resembling an actual personality, her profile says nothing about a job.

     Her profile's activity is about as grounded in, well, sanity as you might expect it to be. Her only reaction was to like the "biblical order" graphic to the right, which depicts Christ above the husband above the wife above the children. Gross. Her comments essentially involve the subject of AI and healthcare, because I guess that's something that somebody with no knowledge of healthcare or AI should get involved in: "We DO NOT NEED AI HEALTH CARE! WTF!😈😡 THIS IS EVIL!! WAKE UP PEOPLE! This is so wrong! They will get rid off humanity n AI will take over! WAKE UP!" Here's another one: "No fucken way do we need this Ai shit! Fuck this! 🤬"

     She's only 51. I don't know how it's possible for someone that age to use social media as if they were 73. I think it's a safe bet who Mariposa Castro is voting for on Tuesday. Unless you want squirrel bait like this to decide the direction our country goes for the next several decades, vote now.

Here's What Happened to the Seven January 6th Defendants From Northern California

     Sean McHugh, an Auburn resident with a significant criminal history, was convicted of felony charges of assaulting law enforcement and obstruction of an official proceeding for his egregious actions that day, which included trying to breach barricades at least four times, inciting the mob and insulting law enforcement with a bullhorn, spraying chemical spray at officers, and pushing a large metal "Trump" sign into the police line. He was sentenced to 78 months in prison, which he is serving through December 2026 at the FCI at Victorville. After that, he gets to spend three years on probation and pay $7,200 in fines, fees, and restitution.      Jorge Aaron Riley, a Sacramento resident and self-proclaimed "Native Republican" who stormed the Capitol on January 6th "for the war," pleaded guilty to a felony charge of obstruction of an official proceeding and was sentenced to 18 months in prison. Ohio Man Who Raped Deaf Girl Arrested for Assaulting Police on January 6th

     At the sentencing of two Oath Keepers last week, Judge Amit Mehta criticized the lack of media coverage of the hearing as well as a public ignorance to the events of January 6th. There are many narratives about January 6th that need to be actively fought.
