Tarrio is serving his sentence through August 2040.
David Nicholas Dempsey, a California resident with a long history of political violence against anti-Trump protestors in his home state, pleaded guilty to severely injuring two Capitol police officers and assaulting numerous others. He was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison and is serving his time through September 2038.
Elmer Stewart Rhodes III organized the Oath Keepers militia in storming the Capitol through the East Rotunda doors and searching for Nancy Pelosi and other key political figures; members also brought a stockpile of weapons to a nearby hotel. He is scheduled for release on January 6th, 2036, at the FCI-Talladega.

He was sentenced to 151 months (12 years and seven months) in federal prison, which he is set to serve through January 2032 in Los Angeles.
Kelly Meggs, the leader of the Florida Oath Keepers, was convicted of seditious conspiracy for organizing the "stack formation" of Oath Keepers that breached the Capitol to look for Speaker Pelosi and stop the certification of the 2020 election. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison, which he is serving through December 2030 at the FCI in Memphis.
Christopher Joseph Quaglin was sentenced to 12 years in prison after being convicted of 12 felonies for repeatedly assaulting law enforcement with pepper spray, shields, his body, and more during hours of violent rage. He is set for release in August 2031.
If Donald Trump is elected president on Tuesday, each and every one of these violent domestic terrorists will be set free. For this reason and countless others, we CANNOT let convicted felon and adjudicated rapist Donald Trump win the 2024 election.
