      Kenneth Grayson , 53, of Pennsylvania, a man with a long history of violence who proclaimed that he wanted to "behead" Joe Biden, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of civil disorder and faces up to six months in prison when he is sentenced on December 19th.       Barton Wade Shively , a 55-year-old Pennsylvania man, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting law enforcement on January 6th for punching one officer and then grabbing and yelling at another. He faces a maximum of 16 years in prison when he is sentenced on February 3rd but faces a recommended sentence of 30 to 37 months in prison.       Susan Manwaring , a Utah woman and the mother of defendant Landon Manwaring, was arrested and charged via information with picketing, parading, and demonstrating in the Capitol building.       Anthony and Jeramiah Carollo and Cody Vollan , a trio of cousins from Illinois, were each sentenced to a year of probation with 60 hours of community service and $500 restitution after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of picketing, parading, and demonstrating inside the Capitol building; Jeramiah Carollo was also ordered to spend 21 days in prison.       Jack Whitton , one of nine men charged with assaulting and threatening to murder one officer before pulling another to the ground and beating him with a crutch and a flag, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of assaulting law enforcement with a dangerous weapon and faces 63 to 97 months in prison when he is sentenced in March.       David Mehaffie, Patrick McCaughey III, and Tristan Chandler Stevens , three of the nine men who were charged with assaulting police in the Capitol tunnel in an indictment, were found guilty of two felonies and two misdemeanors, seven felonies and two ...

      Couy Griffin , an Otero County commissioner an the founder of Cowboys for Trump who was sentenced to 20 days in jail after being convicted at a bench trial of unlawful entry on Capitol grounds, was ordered removed from office by a county judge under the 14th amendment (for providing aid and comfort to an insurrection), the first time this has been done since 1869 and the first time the events of January 6th have been declared an insurrection by a court of law.       Michael Dickinson , 31, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of assaulting law enforcement for throwing a coffee tumbler at one group of officers and pouring a bucket of water on another group during the January 6th insurrection.       Joshua Pruitt , a Proud Boys recruit who encountered Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer during the January 6th insurrection, a career criminal who continues to believe the Big Lie to this day, a D.C. resident who is perhaps the anthropomorphization of steroids, was sentenced to 55 months in prison with three years of probation and $2,000 restitution for obstruction of an official proceeding.       Patrick McCaughey III, Tristan Chandler Stevens, and David Mehaffie , three of the nine men charged for leading the violence against police in the Lowest West Terrace tunnel, had their bench trial conducted before Judge Trevor McFadden; their verdict is expected to be delivered after Labor Day weekend.       Steven Thurlow , 50, of Michigan, a veteran with ties to the Boogaloo Boys, which believes in a pending race-based civil war, was sentenced to two years of probation with 80 hours of community service and $500 restitution after pleading ...

     The indictment of Kellye SoRelle is a bigger deal than most people seem to realize. SoRelle wasn't just AN attorney for the Oath Keepers or even THE attorney for the Oath Keepers. This Texas attorney who virtually testified before the January 6th Committee took over as the LEADER of the Oath Keepers in August 2021, and she was featured in the infamous video of Oath Keepers founder Elmer Stewart Rhodes III and Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio (both of whom have since been charged with seditious conspiracy) meeting in a D.C. parking garage on the night of January 5th, 2021.       SoRelle is far from the first person, however, to be charged with conspiracy or even sedition for her actions before, during, and after the January 6th insurrection.
