47 Capitol Insurrectionists Have Now Been Charged With Sedition and Conspiracy. Here's Where Their Cases Stand.


     The indictment of Kellye SoRelle is a bigger deal than most people seem to realize. SoRelle wasn't just AN attorney for the Oath Keepers or even THE attorney for the Oath Keepers. This Texas attorney who virtually testified before the January 6th Committee took over as the LEADER of the Oath Keepers in August 2021, and she was featured in the infamous video of Oath Keepers founder Elmer Stewart Rhodes III and Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio (both of whom have since been charged with seditious conspiracy) meeting in a D.C. parking garage on the night of January 5th, 2021. 

     SoRelle is far from the first person, however, to be charged with conspiracy or even sedition for her actions before, during, and after the January 6th insurrection. Here are the 45 people who have been charged (so far) and where their cases stand:

Oath Keepers:
  1. Elmer Stewart Rhodes III-- Sentenced to 18 years in prison.
  2. Edward Vallejo-- Sentenced to three years in prison.
  3. Thomas Caldwell-- Convicted of two felonies; awaiting sentencing.
  4. Joseph Hackett-- Sentenced to 42 months in prison.
  5. Kenneth Harrelson-- Sentenced to four years in prison.
  6. Joshua James-- Pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy and one other felony; faces 87 to 108 months in prison at sentencing.
  7. Brian Ulrich-- Pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy and one other felony; faces 63 to 78 months in prison at sentencing. 
  8. Roberto Minuta-- Sentenced to 54 months in prison.
  9. David Moerschel-- Sentenced to three years in prison.
  10. Jessica Watkins-- Sentenced to 102 months in prison.
  11. James Beeks-- Acquitted.
  12. Donovan Crowl-- Convicted of two felonies.
  13. William Isaacs-- Sentenced to probation.
  14. Kelly Meggs-- Sentenced to 12 years in prison.
  15. Connie Meggs-- Sentenced to 15 months in prison.
  16. Sandra Parker-- Sentenced to house arrest. 
  17. Bennie Parker-- Sentenced to house arrest.
  18. Laura Steele-- Sentenced to one year in prison.
  19. Jonathan Walden-- Awaiting trial.
  20. William Todd Wilson-- Pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy and one other felony; faces 63 to 78 months in prison at sentencing.
  21. Michael Greene-- Sentenced to probation.
  22. Jason Dolan-- Pleaded guilty to two felonies; faces 63 to 78 months in prison at sentencing.
  23. Mark Grods-- Pleaded guilty to two felonies; faces 51 to 63 months in prison at sentencing.
  24. Caleb Berry-- Pleaded guilty to two felonies; faces 51 to 63 months in prison at sentencing.
  25. Graydon Young-- Pleaded guilty to two felonies; faces 63 to 78 months in prison at sentencing.
  26. Jon Ryan Schaeffer-- Pleaded guilty to two felonies; faces 41 to 51 months in prison at sentencing.
  27. Kellye SoRelle-- Awaiting trial.
Three Percenters:
  1. Alan Hostetter-- Sentenced to 135 months in prison.
  2. Derek Kinnison-- Sentenced to 33 months in prison.
  3. Ronald Mele-- Sentenced to 33 months in prison.
  4. Russell Taylor-- Pleaded guilty to one felony; faces 51 to 87 months in prison.
  5. Erik Scott Warner-- Sentenced to 27 months in prison.
  6. Felipe Antonio Martinez-- Sentenced to 21 months in prison.
Proud Boys:
  1. Enrique Tarrio-- Sentenced 22 years in prison.
  2. Dominic Pezzola-- Sentenced to 10 years in prison.
  3. Ethan Nordean-- Sentenced to 18 years in prison.
  4. Joseph Biggs-- Sentenced to 17 years in prison.
  5. Zachary Rehl-- Sentenced to 15 years in prison.
  6. Charles Donohoe-- Sentenced to 40 months in prison.
  7. William Pepe-- Awaiting trial.
  8. Matthew Greene-- Pleaded guilty to two felonies; faces 41 to 51 months in prison at sentencing.
  9. Nicholas Ochs-- Sentenced to four years in prison.
  10. Nicholas DeCarlo-- Sentenced to four years in prison.
  11. Jeremy Bertino-- Pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy and one other felony; faces 51 to 63 months in prison.
  12. John Charles Stewart-- Reportedly pleaded guilty to an unknown offense; sentencing guidelines unknown.
